Unfortunately, when you fail to show up or cancel/re-schedule your appointment without giving enough notice, you prevent another client from taking on your slot.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Kindly assure to show up on time. A no-show will be considered at the 20-minute mark of your appointment time, and it will result in forfeit of the session and incur a cancellation fee charged at 50% of the total session fee. This cancellation fee will further apply to all cancellations or re-scheduling notified less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
