This informative session is perfect for those who are just starting off their health journey and want to learn more about nutrition and wellness for themselves and/or their family. Once you book your session, we will arrange a time to meet online via a secure video portal where we'll have an informal, honest and fun chat. As we get to know each other, I will provide you with clear and detailed recommendations based on your particular lifestyle and nutrient needs. These will include an easy-to-follow meal guide, supplement protocol, and delicious recipes and lifestyle shifts sent to you via email. You will leave feeling inspired, motivated and eager to implement what you've learned. You will be welcome to check in with me as you go along on your journey.

This life-changing session will start off with a detailed assessment, where I take you through the science and mechanics of breathing and finally guide you through various breathing exercises. As soon as you become well acquainted with "correct" breathing practices, you will be able to help yourself feel more grounded, relieve anxiety, lower stress, ease back pain, address lingering digestive issues, and even promote weight loss! To prepare for this session, all you need is comfortable clothing, a rug or yoga mat, and assure the session is conducted in a safe and quiet place. When all is said and done, you will feel empowered, and never take breathing for granted ever again.
If you happen to be experiencing symptoms associated with a specific disorder, and feel that you need a bit more support throughout your healing journey, this Program may be for you. Together, we will focus on getting to the root of the problem and on finding sustainable solutions. In the course of 3 months, the Program will include an online comprehensive initial intake designed to get to know you and find out about your health concerns, followed by a personalized and detailed Health Plan sent to you via email, and an online follow up session 6 weeks later to monitor your progress. All throughout the period, there will be unlimited text or email support.
This all-inclusive Weight Loss Program will help you achieve natural and sustainable results. The goal of it lies on supporting your weight loss journey every step of the way while, at the same time, empowering you to comply with an easy-to-follow guideline with simple dietary and lifestyle changes. The Program will offer support for a period of 3-6 months [depending on your particular weight loss requirements], with no judgement, and will teach you how to hold yourself accountable during the journey, and beyond. It's not a diet, per se, but a gentle and sustainable way of living which will encourage you to not only lose the weight, but to keep it off for good!

They are intended to support the body in its natural process of healing and re-establish normal functions. I do not diagnose illnesses and will not advise you on going against your physician's medical advice or prescribed medications. In fact, I will be happy to work alongside your physician, if necessary, and will forward your Health Plan to him/her upon request.
